"INSIDE SEAT" is a platform to create, collect and share content/stories about “the backstage” of the brand with different target groups. The “WOW effect” generated by showing “Inside SEAT” and the capability of the event to improve people’s perception of the brand (specially in technology & quality) and their relation with it, raised the idea of converting Inside SEAT into a constant communication with continual updates, complementing the commercial communication. Every Inside SEAT action must demonstrate that everything we do is faithful to the Brand Character. The language of Inside SEAT communication also needs to transmit and build this Brand Character through the message and the Tone of Voice.
